Since last few years, Riyadh season has been organized by the Saudi government, through which not only the culture of  different countries is promoted, but also the art  and the artist are get recognized.

 In the year 2024, the Riyadh season has started from October 13. Similarly, this year too, Cultural Week has been organized in Al-Sawedi Park with the support of Al-Riyadh Season. The countries of India, Pakistan , Indonesia, Bangladesh, Egypt,Labnon, Syria,Sudan,yamen and Philippines are included.

This year's Cultural Week will promote the culture of these countries,for 49 days with cultural parades, musical concerts, kids play areas, bird areas, cultural dances, food and traditional dresses stalls.

The event was joined by Al-Riyadh Season, Ministry of Information (Ministry of Media) and Amanah Al-Riyadh (Riyadh Region Municipality). Artists from India who show the essence of art includes Hamish Rashamia, Saira Khan, Shivam Singh, Punia Pradeep, Nassar Wayanad, Jacelyn Matharu, Saili Kumble, Varsha Prashad, Shea Majeed, Akbar Khan, Seema Sharma, Lakshmi Jayan, Emavi Bantai, Shivam Sharma, Mukesh. Rajput, Sri Lakshmi and cricketer Imran Malik.

Famous singer Hamish Reshammiya entertained the audience at Indian Week on October 18. People from every country and religion from Riyadh have lined up in Suwedi Park to catch a glimpse of Hamish Reshammiya. The concert proved that art has no boundaries.Hamesh Reshammiya's musical concert audience consists of a large number of Indians, Pakistanis and Bengalis. Hamish concert was a big hit and he  got a great round of applause from the audience.

This colorful event not only featured a variety of desi genres and nationalities, but also featured a special puppet performance, which the audience loved immensely. There were stalls of mehndi, bangles, khussas and traditional wear for women.There was a unique stall of bangles of Rajasthan which grab the attention of the visitors.

This event will continues till November.

Local bloggers, influencers and journalists of Al-Riyadh, Dammam , Jaddah , khobar participated in the promotion and publication of this event, including Talha Ghafoor, Sahar, Talha, Raza Muhammad Fardan, Sri Shaaban, Obaid Zaidi, Zaidi, Farah Naz, Apni Arif, Osama  Zia ,Maimuna Zia, Zainab, Anam Malik, Kashif Hussain, Yasir Malik, Kashif Mumtaz and others..

It is a great initiative by the  Saudi government to show case the traditional work and art of different countries in Ksa ..so that different nationals can see each other's traditions, civilization, culture, tradition.THis will help in creating harmony between them and there is an opportunity to learn about the culture of each region.

It is hoped that such events will continue to be announced in the future.
